Why Choose St. Clare’s Prep School?

Inspection Report

Our latest inspection report notes:

“Throughout their time in the prep school, pupils make systematic progress in developing good quality writing skills. They have a sound understanding of basic spelling, punctuation and grammar strategies and present their work well.”

Pastoral Care

We value your child’s happiness.  A happy child is a motivated child is an over-performing child.  We have a strong and supportive pastoral structure led by Mrs Layland, Head of Prep School.

Moving onto our Senior School

Pupils from our Prep School proceed into the Senior School in Year 7, where they are joined by pupils from other primary schools. All boys and girls receive a broad education in their first three years in the Senior School.
