Admissions Process
- Parental Enquiry.
- Prospectus and Registration Form sent to parent.
- Visit the school; meeting with the Headteacher, Mrs Barnard.
- Return of the Registration Form and £50 (non-refundable) fee. The Registration Form is not a contractual document.
- Taster Day for pupil.
- Letter of Offer sent to parents, offering the pupil a place at St. Clare’s. This is accompanied by the Acceptance Form, requiring a £500 deposit (returnable when the pupil leaves the school) and the Terms & Conditions of the Contract.
- Return of the signed Acceptance Form and £500 deposit to the School Registrar, within 14 days of the date of the Letter of Offer.
- Welcome letter sent to parents.
