Admissions Process


1    Parental Enquiry.
2    Prospectus and Registration Form sent to parent.
3    Visit the school; meeting with the Headteacher, Mrs Barnard.
Bring copy of child’s last School Report.
4    Return of the Registration Form and £50 (non-refundable) fee. The Registration Form is not a contractual document.
5    Taster Day for pupil.
6    Letter of Offer sent to parents, offering the pupil a place at St. Clare’s. This is accompanied by the Acceptance Form, requiring a £500 deposit (returnable when the pupil leaves the school) and the Terms & Conditions of the Contract.
7    Return of the signed Acceptance Form and the £500 deposit to the Admissions Secretary, within 14 days of the date of the Letter of Offer.
8    Welcome letter sent to parents.
